This website and online store at mydrippysauce.com are operated by DDS INC., doing business as Drippy Sauce (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern website use and purchases from our online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below, subject to applicable law.

1. Website use and customer accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding purchase agreement or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and keep account credentials secure. You may not use the website unlawfully, submit fraudulent orders, infringe others’ rights, introduce malicious software, or interfere with website security or operation. We may restrict access for misuse, subject to applicable law and our obligations concerning existing orders.

2. Products and product information

We sell sauces, seasonings, and related products. Product descriptions, sizes, ingredients, prices, and availability are shown on product pages. Photographs are illustrative; packaging and appearance may vary. Review the ingredient, allergen, storage, and use instructions on the actual package before consuming a food product. Contact us before purchase with ingredient or allergen questions. Do not consume a product with a damaged or broken safety seal. Nothing in these Terms excuses inaccurate descriptions or limits remedies available under applicable law.

3. Prices, payments, and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency indicated by the store. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are displayed at checkout before you submit your order. You authorize the payment amount shown at checkout using an accepted payment method. Prices and offers may change for future orders. Discount codes are subject to their stated eligibility, expiration, and combination rules. We will not increase the amount charged for an existing order without your agreement.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Orders are subject to payment approval and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable items, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. If a correction affects an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or receive a refund. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled items and associated charges for services not provided. We may contact you using the details supplied with your order to resolve fulfillment questions.

5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our Refund Policy governs cancellations, returns, and refunds. Email MyOrder@mydrippysauce.com as soon as possible to request cancellation. Orders that have not entered fulfillment can be canceled and fully refunded. Once fulfilled or shipped, the return policy applies.

Request an authorized return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Eligible items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened food products, broken-seal products, temperature-sensitive products, gift cards, and items that cannot safely be resold are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect when received. Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank posting normally takes 5–10 business days after approval. The full Refund Policy explains return shipping and other conditions. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

6. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy governs fulfillment and delivery. In-stock orders normally process within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, with estimated carrier transit of 3–7 business days after shipment unless a different estimate is displayed for the item. Available destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. Provide a complete and accurate address and contact us promptly about corrections or delivery problems. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and provide the options required by law, including accepting the delay or canceling the affected order for a full refund.

7. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. Our store is hosted by Shopify and uses payment, shipping, and other service providers. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content. This does not limit our responsibility for obligations we owe you concerning your order.

8. Intellectual property and customer content

Website text, photographs, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. You may view the website for personal shopping purposes; commercial copying or reuse requires permission from the rights holder. If you submit a review or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us permission to display it in connection with our store and products. Content must be truthful and may not violate another person’s rights.

9. Website availability, warranties, and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information and online tools are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. We remain responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and honoring applicable product warranties and consumer remedies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or misuse. No provision excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where such liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any warranty, refund, or consumer right that cannot be waived. Where a limitation is prohibited, it does not apply.

10. Governing law and resolving concerns

These Terms are governed by Michigan law to the extent permitted, without limiting mandatory protections applicable where you live. Contact us first about an order or website concern so we can work toward a resolution. Nothing prevents you from using available consumer complaint processes or pursuing legal remedies.

11. Changes and general conditions

We may update these Terms for future use and orders by posting the revised version and updating the date above. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The Refund Policy controls specific return and refund conditions; the Shipping Policy controls specific shipping conditions; the Privacy Policy controls personal information practices. Applicable law controls any conflict.

DDS INC., doing business as Drippy Sauce, may send informational and marketing text messages, including order updates, cart reminders, promotions, and offers, to customers who provide consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time.
