Refund policy

We want your order to arrive in good condition and match what you purchased.

RETURN REQUESTS
Contact us at MyOrder@mydrippysauce.com within 14 calendar days after delivery before returning any item. Include your order number and the reason for the request. Returns sent without prior authorization might not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, an item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Opened food products, products with a broken safety seal, temperature-sensitive products, gift cards, and items that cannot be safely resold are final sale unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable. After review, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

CANCELLATIONS
To request a cancellation, email MyOrder@mydrippysauce.com as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund an order that has not entered fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled and the return terms above apply.

RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUNDS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or an item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Contact MyOrder@mydrippysauce.com if an approved refund has not appeared after that period.

Do not mail a return until we provide return instructions and the correct return address. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
